Privacy

The short version: we keep only what the app needs to work, we keep it on our own server, and we never sell it.

What we store about you

• Your account: your email and your password. The password is stored only as a secure hash (Argon2), so nobody, us included, can read it.
• Your profile: what you tell us in the quiz or in the app, such as your first name, birth date, and optionally birth time and city, your answers, your language and your time zone.
• Your plan: whether you started the free Premium trial and when it ends.
• Email lists: if you leave your email in the quiz, the newsletter box or to hear when paid plans open, we keep it with where it came from and your language.
• Technical logs: our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for up to 14 days.
• Visit count: when someone opens our home page we add one to a counter with only the time. No IP, no device, nothing that identifies you.

What stays on your phone

Your journal, your streak, your saved readings and your preferences are stored on your device, not on our server. If you clear your browser data or change phones, they don't come with you.

How we use it

• To run your account and show you your daily card, horoscope and readings.
• To keep the service secure, for example limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
• To email you about SPELLORA only. Every email will let you unsubscribe in one click.

We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and the app has no advertising or analytics trackers.

Who else is involved

• Hetzner: we rent the server where SPELLORA and its database run.
• Google Fonts: our typefaces load from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page opens.
• Google sign-in: only if you choose “Continue with Google”. Google then tells us your email and that it's verified.

Before we add an email provider or a payment provider, we'll list them here.

How long we keep it

Your account and profile stay until you delete your account. Sign-in sessions end after 30 days (24 hours if you didn't tick “Keep me signed in”). List emails stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account and everything linked to it, email [email protected] from your account's address. We answer within 30 days. If you're in California, the EU or the UK, you have these rights by law, and EU and UK residents can also complain to their data protection authority.

Age

SPELLORA is for adults, 18 and over. If we learn that we hold data from someone younger, we delete it.

What SPELLORA is, and isn't

Tarot, astrology and rituals here are tools for reflection and entertainment. A reading gives you something to think about, never a prediction, a guarantee or a verdict about anyone. SPELLORA is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

If you're going through a crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services. In the US you can call or text 988 at any time.

Your account

Use an email that is yours and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account. The free Premium trial is for one per person.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service or its limits, don't use it to harm anyone, and don't copy our content to republish it.

Content

SPELLORA's texts, readings, lessons and design belong to SPELLORA. The tarot card images come from the Rider-Waite-Smith deck of 1909, which is in the public domain. Our photos are used under the Pixabay Content License. What you write in your journal is yours.

Changes and ending

We may improve, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before. You can stop using SPELLORA and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Responsibility

We work to keep SPELLORA available and accurate, but it's provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Cookies and device storage

We only use what's needed for the app to work. No advertising or analytics cookies, so there's nothing to accept.

The app also saves your language, journal, streak, saved readings, a copy of your profile and a quiz in progress in your browser's storage on this device.

Payments and refunds

Today SPELLORA charges nothing. You can try Premium free for 10 days without a card, once per person, and nothing is charged when it ends: you go back to the free version.

Paid plans aren't open yet. When they open, you'll see the price, the billing period and the renewal date before you pay, you'll be able to cancel from the app, and this page will include the refund policy before anyone is charged.

Privacidad

En corto: guardamos solo lo que la app necesita para funcionar, lo guardamos en nuestro propio servidor y nunca lo vendemos.

Qué guardamos de ti

• Tu cuenta: tu correo y tu contraseña. La contraseña se guarda solo como huella segura (Argon2), así que nadie, ni nosotros, puede leerla.
• Tu perfil: lo que nos cuentas en el quiz o en la app, como tu nombre, tu fecha de nacimiento y, si quieres, la hora y la ciudad, tus respuestas, tu idioma y tu zona horaria.
• Tu plan: si empezaste la prueba gratis de Premium y cuándo acaba.
• Listas de correo: si dejas tu correo en el quiz, en el boletín o para saber cuándo abren los planes de pago, lo guardamos con su origen y tu idioma.
• Registros técnicos: nuestro servidor web guarda registros normales (dirección IP, hora, página pedida) por seguridad, hasta 14 días.
• Contador de visitas: cuando alguien abre nuestra página principal sumamos uno a un contador que solo guarda la hora. Ni IP, ni aparato, nada que te identifique.

Qué se queda en tu móvil

Tu diario, tu racha, tus lecturas guardadas y tus preferencias se guardan en tu dispositivo, no en nuestro servidor. Si borras los datos del navegador o cambias de móvil, no se vienen contigo.

Para qué lo usamos

• Para que funcione tu cuenta y ver tu carta del día, tu horóscopo y tus lecturas.
• Para que el servicio sea seguro, por ejemplo limitando los intentos repetidos de entrar.
• Para escribirte solo sobre SPELLORA. Cada correo te dejará darte de baja con un clic.

No vendemos tus datos, no los compartimos para publicidad y la app no lleva rastreadores de publicidad ni de analítica.

Quién más interviene

• Hetzner: le alquilamos el servidor donde funcionan SPELLORA y su base de datos.
• Google Fonts: nuestras letras se cargan desde Google, así que Google recibe tu dirección IP y datos del navegador al abrir una página.
• Entrar con Google: solo si eliges «Continuar con Google». Google nos dice entonces tu correo y que está verificado.

Antes de añadir un proveedor de correo o de pagos, lo pondremos aquí.

Cuánto tiempo lo guardamos

Tu cuenta y tu perfil, hasta que borres tu cuenta. Las sesiones caducan a los 30 días (24 horas si no marcaste «Mantener sesión»). Los correos de las listas, hasta que te des de baja o nos pidas quitarlos.

Tus opciones y derechos

Puedes editar tu perfil en la app cuando quieras. Para tener una copia de tus datos o borrar tu cuenta y todo lo que va con ella, escribe a [email protected] desde el correo de tu cuenta. Respondemos en 30 días como máximo. Si vives en California, la UE o el Reino Unido, la ley te da estos derechos, y en la UE y el Reino Unido también puedes reclamar ante tu autoridad de protección de datos.

Edad

SPELLORA es para personas adultas, de 18 años en adelante. Si sabemos que tenemos datos de alguien menor, los borramos.

Qué es SPELLORA y qué no es

Aquí el tarot, la astrología y los rituales son herramientas para reflexionar y entretenerse. Una lectura te da algo en lo que pensar, nunca una predicción, una garantía ni un veredicto sobre nadie. SPELLORA no es consejo médico, psicológico, legal ni financiero.

Si estás pasando por una crisis o piensas en hacerte daño, contacta con los servicios de emergencia. En España puedes llamar al 024 y en EE. UU. llamar o escribir al 988, a cualquier hora.

Tu cuenta

Usa un correo que sea tuyo y no compartas tu contraseña. Eres responsable de lo que pase en tu cuenta. La prueba gratis de Premium es una por persona.

Uso justo

No intentes romper, saturar o saltarte el servicio o sus límites, no lo uses para hacer daño a nadie y no copies nuestro contenido para publicarlo.

Contenido

Los textos, lecturas, lecciones y el diseño de SPELLORA son de SPELLORA. Las imágenes de las cartas vienen de la baraja Rider-Waite-Smith de 1909, que es de dominio público. Nuestras fotos se usan con la licencia de contenido de Pixabay. Lo que escribes en tu diario es tuyo.

Cambios y baja

Podemos mejorar, cambiar o quitar funciones. Si cambiamos estos términos en algo importante, te avisaremos en la app o por correo al menos 14 días antes. Puedes dejar de usar SPELLORA y pedirnos que borremos tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.

Responsabilidad

Trabajamos para que SPELLORA funcione y sea correcta, pero se ofrece tal cual. En lo que permita la ley, no somos responsables de las decisiones que tomes por una lectura. Nada de esto limita tus derechos como consumidor.

Cookies y almacenamiento

Solo usamos lo necesario para que la app funcione. Ni cookies de publicidad ni de analítica, así que no hay nada que aceptar.

La app también guarda en el almacenamiento del navegador de este dispositivo tu idioma, tu diario, tu racha, tus lecturas guardadas, una copia de tu perfil y el quiz que tengas a medias.

Pagos y reembolsos

Hoy SPELLORA no cobra nada. Puedes probar Premium gratis 10 días sin tarjeta, una vez por persona, y al acabar no se cobra nada: vuelves a la versión gratis.

Los planes de pago aún no están abiertos. Cuando abran, verás el precio, el periodo y la fecha de renovación antes de pagar, podrás cancelar desde la app y esta página incluirá la política de reembolsos antes de que se cobre a nadie.
